Difficulties in personal relationships
In this program, I will explain what limiting beliefs are, how they work and how strongly they influence our decisions, behavior, and our lives.
We will discover your limiting beliefs, define them, take a closer look at them so you can see if they are your beliefs or taken from others, determine how they affect you, what they take away from you.
During each session, we will release and transform the beliefs that are dragging you down, that are preventing you from moving forward and showing your potential. In place of these limiting beliefs, we will implement supportive beliefs that will make you feel your power to create and the joy and excitement that comes from it.
We will look at both areas. First, why we stay in our comfort zone, what makes us choose it over the realization of our own dreams. We will identify what we are afraid of, what keeps us in it, what stops us from taking a step forward.
We will also look at our dreams, how important they are to us, what we are afraid of in the realization of these dreams (these fears keep us in our comfort zone). You will realize what we can gain by following our hearts.
We will look at relationships, what is happening in them, what is causing difficulties in them.
We will create a system analysis to take a closer look at ourselves together, and specifically our thoughts and feelings about this relationship. We will see how this relationship affects each of you, what it causes in you.
You will look at your relationships from a different perspective, with a different awareness. Then you will either find a way to improve the situation in this relationship, or you will come to the conclusion that this relationship is not serving you in any way and with full confidence in yourself and this decision you will leave it.
